The Land Surveyors, Inc. is a licensed Tennessee land surveying firm based in Sevierville. We work Sevier County and the counties around it: boundary and title surveys, construction staking, elevation certificates, plats and the records work behind all of them.

An office, not just a truck
Plenty of surveyors work out of a vehicle and return calls when they can. We keep an office with regular hours. Walk in with a deed, a plat or a question and someone will look at it with you. Requests from the website and voicemail get a reply by the next business day.
Local records, local ground
Deeds in this county go back to calls for white oaks and piles of stones. Finding those corners takes the adjoining deeds, the old plats and time in the woods. We have surveyed across these ridges and hollows for years and keep our own records of what we have found.
Licensed and signed
Every plat and elevation certificate we issue is prepared under and signed by a Tennessee licensed land surveyor, as state law requires. The seal means the work can be relied on by your lender, your attorney and the county.
The equipment
Topcon field equipment and Carlson survey software, with GIS and county records in the office. The tools matter less than the judgment behind them, but they let us measure quickly and draw accurately.
