Information, not a survey

Everything on this site, including the "Which survey do I need" helper and the assistant chat, is general information to help you decide what to ask for. It is not a survey, a legal opinion, or advice about your property. Only a survey performed and signed by a licensed land surveyor under a written engagement says where your lines are.

Quotes

Sending a request does not create a contract. We review each property and send a written quote. Work starts when you accept it.

The assistant

The chat is an automated AI assistant. It can be wrong. It does not give prices, legal advice or opinions about lines, and nothing it says binds The Land Surveyors, Inc.. For anything that matters, call the office.

Using the site

Do not misuse the forms or the assistant, send spam, or try to interfere with the site. We may limit access to protect it.
