Effective October 2026

The Land Surveyors, Inc. ("we") runs this website. This page says what the site collects and what we do with it, in plain English.

Request forms

When you send a request, we receive what you typed: your name, phone or email, the property address, parcel number, purpose, deadline and notes. We use it to look up the property, contact you and prepare a quote. Requests are stored for up to 90 days on our hosting provider's systems and emailed to the office. We do not sell or share this information except with people you ask us to send a survey to, such as your attorney, lender or title company.

The assistant chat

The chat window is an automated assistant. What you type is sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the underlying AI model, to produce a reply, and is handled under their terms. If you ask the assistant to leave a message, that message is stored and emailed to the office the same way a form request is. Do not type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you. We do not run advertising trackers.

Calls and texts

If you give us a phone number, we use it to reply to your request. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Your choices

Ask us to delete a request or message at any time: email thelandsurveyors@gmail.com or call (865) 453-7970.
